The Appetizer Assignment is ideal for new-to-media faculty who want to introduce a project that promotes new media literacy. This assignment is intended to be applicable to any course and is very much “one size fits all”. It also is ideal as an add-in for early in the semester, taking just two or three weeks from beginning to end.
