This workshop will give an introduction to best practices for 360º tour creation and the ThingLink platform. The workshop is geared towards first time immersive tour creators and no prior experience is required. Topics to be covered in the training include:

• A brief introduction to virtual tours as well as how and where they are used in education and industry
• Best practices for shooting 360º images that consider viewer experience and hotspot placement
• Signing in to ThingLink and creating a new 360º tour
• Placing varous types of hotspots effectively
• Sharing tour content via links, QR codes and embeds
