Workshop Details
The Basic Layout Design with Adobe InDesign is a hands-on training for students to learn how to easily use this robust software for creating a layout design such as a magainze or academic poster. Participants will learn how to use just a few tools in InDesign to creating a well-composed layout. The instruction includes training of the specific tools and practice with using them to create a sample layout.
Some of the topics that will be covered are:
- Setting up the design document in InDesign
- Adding color, text, and images
- Using select editing tools
- Exporting for publishing
