A team of our student Makers-in-Residence hosted a table at the Student Engagement Network’s Garden Grow-How event in the HUB. They handed out 3D-printed germination discs, paired with seed packets generously provided by the Ross Student Farm, and showcased their research on how 3D printing technology can support innovations in agriculture and horticulture. Their interactive table featured 3D models and generated meaningful conversations with many of the 150 students that attended the eventabout making and it’s use in sustainable growing practices.
