As many of you know the Media Commons hotline experienced major technical difficulties at the end of the Spring semester, which carried over into the Summer. However, we were contacted by TNS (Telecommunications & Networking Services) on Friday and told that the issue had been resolved. We ran a few tests on our own, and we believe everything to be working properly.
