Due to a recent phone system upgrade, the branch of the phone tree that supports Commonwealth campus clients directly – option 4 – has been taken offline. We are working with Telephone and Network Services to correct the problem but, in the interim, we ask that all students, faculty and staff working on projects across PA use the University Park phone menu options instead when phoning the hotline.
